These rooms are designed for BRC educational and business meetings, but undergrad classes are not allowed to be booked in our meeting rooms. If you need a room for class tutorials, study sessions, or reviews, please contact Classroom Services. Anyone TA'ing a Biology Course can book their BIOL course office hours in the BioScience building.
If Classroom Services and the Biology Learning Centre cannot accommodate your request, please contact Katie Beall (katie.beall@ubc.ca).
Please clean up after your reservation. Compost, recycling, and garbage bins are located in the kitchens on each floor. If you rearrange the room, please return the tables and chairs to their original formation before you leave.

4. Multipurpose room for large events and workshops
BRC MP: Multipurpose room 1014/1024
The Multipurpose Room is designed for symposia and workshops for >20 people with moving around and mingling activities. This is not an auditorium and is not designed to be good for presentation-style events for large groups. The room has a low ceiling, so if the room were full the people in the back of the room won't have a good view.
